Builders Tech Meeting this weekend cancelled

Attention engine and chassis builders: 
The meetings planned for Saturday, February 25 in St. Cloud, MN have been cancelled because of the impending snow storm expected to impact Minnesota and Wisconsin.
“We had nearly 30 builders coming to discuss tech topics with officials this weekend,” said Bill Engelstad, the technical director of WISSOTA, “but we don’t want them to risk a trip through bad weather on bad roads.”

Online licensing available for 2017

DASSEL, MN – The new online licensing system for 2017 WISSOTA drivers is now active, according to WISSOTA officials. As in the past, you are now able to completely fill out and submit your license application, and pay for it, in a quick, easy and secure fashion at www.wissota.org.

WISSOTA Hornet license policy changed

DASSEL, MN (FEB. 7) – WISSOTA Auto Racing has changed its licensing policy for drivers in the Hornet division effective immediately. Previously, drivers who had raced in any class at any time in the past were not allowed to hold a Hornet license.

All ATVs at WISSOTA 100 must be registered

HURON, SD – There will be a $20 ATV registration fee at the 2016 Speedway Motors WISSOTA 100. The $20 fee will apply to each ATV unit or golf cart used on the grounds during the event, which will be held September 14-17 at Dakota State Fair Speedway.
