Fiesta City Speedway To Host Shaw Trucking Challenge Series Event
This Friday, June 16th, the WISSOTA Late Models are back in action as the Shaw Trucking Challenge Series makes a visit to Fiesta City Speedway in Montevideo, MN for a $2,000 to win series event.
In the 10 previous series visits to the 4/10 mile oval, Pat Doar leads the list with 4 visits to victory lane, John Kaanta with two, and Lance Matthees, Don Shaw, Jeff Wildung, AJ Diemel each picking up a win.
Series points heading in to this event have Kent Arment of Aberdeen, SD on top with 305 points followed closely by Lance Matthees, John Kaanta, Curt Gelling, Don Shaw, Jeff Wildung, Steve Laursen, Jake Redetzke, Rick Hanestad, Jeff Provinzino, and Jeffrey Massingill as only 58 points separate the 2nd through 11th positions. 11 Additional drivers are still in the hunt for series points going into this weeks event.
