Wissota Late Model Challenge Series
Challenge Series Heads To Iowa For $2,000 To Win Event
In just 7 days the Shaw Trucking Challenge Series presented by Richmond Gear and powered by MyRacePass will be back in action at Rapid Speedway for a $2,000 to win main event for WISSOTA Late Models.
Located in Rock Rapids, Iowa, the speedway has hosted series events in the past with the most recent winner being Marshall Fegers of Savage, Minnesota who topped the field and brought home $2,000 in July of 2016.
Kent Arment of Aberdeen, SD is currently on top of the Shaw Trucking Challenge Series points standings with John Kaanta just 9 points back in second place and Don Shaw 12 points out in 3rd place. The top 10 in points are only separated by 53 points going into the 8th series event at Rapid Speedway on July 7th.
The regular weekly program of Sportsmans, Lems Auto Recyclers USRA Hobby Stocks, USRA B-Modifieds, and Precision Auto Body USRA Stock Cars will also be on the ticket for this event with racing beginning at 7:00 PM.
