WISSOTA 100 Camping FAQ
Where do I buy my camping and pit spots?
Camping can be purchased online for General Public starting August 6 at 10AM. If you had a spot last year, you would have received a Renewal e-mail on July 17.
Online purchases will end September 6th at 5:00 pm
How do I reserve a camping spot?
If you have a preferred camping spot in mind, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance. Our staff can assist you at the track, but camping will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and your desired area may not be available.
Are there full hookup campsites?
There are a select few spots with electricity. The rest do not have electricity or water.
How can I get fresh water or get my camper pumped?
There will be a signup sheet from Executive Sanitation for camper pumping and/or fresh water. Please sign up by noon to get same-day service, otherwise will be next day. For fresh water Jari 218-282-6184, For pumping Chris 218-892-0562
How do I know where to park my camper/hauler?
WISSOTA staff will be available every day to help assist with camper parking. Staff will be available 9am-9PM Tuesday and Wednesday and 10am-5pm the rest of the weekend. If you are arriving after that time, please park elsewhere and return in the morning to get escorted to your spot.
Will I be able to buy my pit/camping spot at the gate?
Yes, you will be able to purchase camping/pit spots at the event as well as single-day passes. However, we do recommend reserving online as spots may be sparse and they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchasing your campsite/pit spot in advance also qualifies you for a renewal for the following year.
Can I get a personal toilet for my campsite or pit spot?
Yes, Executive Sanitation will be providing private toilets for the event. Please call 1-844-726-4828 with your name, spot number, and contact information.
Can I have a bonfire?
Yes, you may have a fire in the pits or the campground, although they MUST be contained by a fire ring. Please contact Craig Lesmeiser 320-760-1647 to get firewood and a fire ring. DNR advises against transporting firewood from your home to a event.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, all dogs must be on a leash at all times, and you must clean up after your dog.
Can we use ATV and Golf Carts on the grounds?
Yes, but no one under the age of 16 is allowed to operate on them. A $20.00 registration fee is required for all ATV's and Golf Carts.
Can I rent a Golf Cart?
Yes, please contact Alexandria Golf Carts and speak to Harold at 320-762-1114 or 320-760-0123
All reservations are final. We do not offer cancellations OR refunds at this time for any reason, including site changing. You may sell your site to other campers if you are unable to attend or need to change locations after purchase. You are responsible for keeping your campsite clean during the event. We have cleanup groups that will be on site every morning to clean the grounds. If you have full bags of trash, you may leave them outside of your camping spot, and they will be picked up. The cleanup group will not visit your site to pick up trash. We will have several dumpsters around the grounds for you to dispose of your garbage.
Before leaving your site at the end of the weekend, please ensure that all trash is cleaned up. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your campsite for next year’s event.
