Photographers and Videographers interested in covering the Speedway Motors WISSOTA 100 will need to request media credentials using the form listed below.

2025 WISSOTA Credential Guidelines
- All Media Credentials issued by WISSOTA are subject to acceptance of the following terms and conditions which the Accredited Party accepts and agrees to abide by:
- Vests must be worn and visible at all times when in the infield or around the perimeter fence. Vest must be your outermost layer. Vests are provided by WISSOTA only and must be returned to WISSOTA at the end of the weekend or the last night that you are working.
- Usage of WISSOTA or WISSOTA event logos will need to be approved
- Live streaming of any part of the event with the exception of the Parade of Champions is strictly prohibited.
- WISSOTA reserves the right to deny credentials or revoke credentials for the day or for the event.
- Real-time transmission of video, digital images, or race updates is prohibited as WISSOTA, WISSOTA Productions, and our broadcast partner Dirt Race Central have the sole and exclusive right to event promotion content at the WISSOTA 100. “Real-Time” is defined as a continuous account or live, extended live/real-time record, or detailed description, depiction, or expressions of an event.
WISSOTA 100 Commercial Usage Policy
Photographers and videographers intending to use content created at the WISSOTA 100 for commercial purposes are required to purchase a Commercial Use License at a rate of $150.00 per person.
This commercial fee applies regardless of whether the content is sold onsite or online.
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, the sale or promotion of:

Photo prints

Event memorabilia

Digital image packages

Highlight or promotional videos
-
Any images, videos, or content produced at or about the WISSOTA 100
The commercial fee can be paid at credential pickup.
